MORELIA VIRREINAL - CITY TOUR CAMINANDO

We will discover in our walking tour the colonial jewel that is the city of Morelia, founded in 1531 with its Baroque-style Cathedral, the government palace of Morelia with the impressive murals of the Michoacan Alfredo Zalce, the Temple of Santa Rosa de Lima and its Conservatory of Music. Then we will continue our walking tour of the city of Morelia for what was the Jesuit convent, now Clavijero Cultural Center with its murals and large patios. We will then arrive at the Colegio de San Nicolás, Jose Maria Morelos’ study center and where Miguel Hidalgo taught. Finally we will visit the Casa Natal de Morelos, where we will learn more about our independence hero.
