Authentic Mexican Cooking Class: A Culinary Journey with Traditional Flavors & Homemade Tortillas
We will begin our tour by visiting Las Coloradas, where you will observe different bodies of water used for the salt production process, some of which have a striking pink color. Rio Lagartos is a small fishing village located in a protected natural reserve; one of the natural jewels of the Yucatan Peninsula. Here, we will enjoy a boat tour through its canals surrounded by mangroves, where you can observe bird species such as pink flamingos, herons, eagles, pelicans and cormorants. Part of this adventure will be to enjoy a Mayan Bath, covering our bodies with clay full of nutrients. Afterward, we will go to a virgin beach to wash off the mud in its crystal clear waters: the best closure for this intense adventure.
