The menu can include according to the season: Ceviche de Dorado (mahi mahi ceviche), Escabeche de Cecina (pickling brine beef), Tacos de Marlin a la Plancha (grilled marlin tacos), Pulpo Zarandeado (zarandeado octopus), Tortas de Carnitas (braised pork sandwich), Tamales de Chocolate. With hand-made salsas in molcajete: Salsa Macha de Chile Manzano, Pico Yucateco, Salsa de Tomatillo Hervida, Salsa Asada Clásica. Drinks: Natural fruit water, Tequila, Mezcal, infusions, specialty coffee.
