This is the perfect program between architecture and culture that will let you enjoy the most emblematic viceregal cities of Mexico, you will begin visiting Patzcuaro and continue to Guadalajara (and surroundings), Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende, and ending this iconic experience in Mexico City passing by Queretaro.

DAY 01. (SAT) ARRIVAL TRANSFER

Welcome at the Mexico City’s “Benito Juarez” international airport, transfer to the hotel of your choice and accommodation.

DAY 02. (SUN) MEXICO / MORELIA / PATZCUARO

Breakfast. Continue on to Morelia, a Cultural and Historic Heritage site, worldwide known for its student habitat and its magnificent colonial buildings of “pink cantera”: such as the Cathedral, the Government Palace, the Clavijero Palace, the Major Plaza, the market of typical candies, the Aqueduct, and the Guadalupita Temple at San Diego Convent with its majestic Indian baroque décor. Continue to Patzcuaro Accommodation in Patzcuaro or Morelia, according to the operation.

DAY 03. (MON) PATZCUARO / GUADALAJARA

Breakfast. In the morning we will leave for the City of Pátzcuaro; On the way, we will visit the typical town of Morelia, considered a cultural heritage of humanity and one of the most beautiful of the colonial era where we can admire its monumental cathedral, the Government Palace, the square of the
martyrs and the typical candy market., as well as its famous aqueduct and
the impressive chapel of Guadalupe; We will continue to Pátzcuaro. Lodging

DAY 04. (TUE) GUADALAJARA / TEQUILA / TLAQUEPAQUE / GUADALAJARA

Breakfast. In the morning depart to the “Tequila” region, the name of the ancient and famous Mexican drink. In the town of Amatitlán, you will visit one of the best distilleries of this drink, where you can see its production process.
At the end of this visit, we will continue to San Pedro Tlaquepaque; a town near Guadalajara that today is part of the same city. The inhabitants of this place are dedicated to the manufacture of blown glass in addition to finding spectacular crafts of all kinds. Return to Guadalajara. Lodging.

DAY 05. (WED) GUADALAJARA / GUANAJUATO

Breakfast. We will visit the Degollado Theater, the cathedral, the Rotonda de Los Hombres Ilustres, the Government Palace with the splendid murals by Orozco, the Plaza Tapatía, and a panoramic view of the Hospicio Cabañas declared cultural heritage of humanity. In the afternoon continue to Guanajuato; arrive at the hotel and lodging.

DAY 06. (THU) GUANAJUATO / SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE

Breakfast. Visit this beautiful colonial city Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the annual headquarters of the Cervantino International Festival. We will enjoy knowing this beautiful city, full of picturesque and narrow alleys and squares, which offers us such interesting places as the University, the Juarez Theater, the Kiss Alley, the house-museum of the muralist Diego Rivera, husband of Frida Kahlo. Its underground streets and avenues are unique in the country, the house of Jorge Negrete, the Quixote Museum, and its famous Mummies Museum. DAY 07. (FRI) SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE / QUERETARO / MEXICO CITY

Breakfast. Departure by road to Querétaro, a historical and cultural city, a World Heritage Site, which was very important during the War of Independence. In the afternoon return to Mexico City. Arrival at the hotel and lodging.

DAY 08. (SAT) MEXICO CITY

Breakfast. We will start our city tour visiting the Cultural and Historic Heritage downtown district where we will find the National Palace and its beautiful murals painted by the great muralist Diego Rivera, the constitution square or “Zocalo”, the Main Aztec Temple and the Metropolitan Cathedral as well as some of the main avenues. Later, we will visit Chapultepec Park and one of the most important Residential areas of Mexico City, and the “Pink Zone”. Overnight.

DAY 09. (SUN) DEPARTURE TRANSFER

At the time indicated, transfer to the airport to board your return flight home.
