- RECOMMENDATIONS
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, a cap or hat for your guided visit to the archaeological site of Tulum.
- In Xenses you will need a bathing suit, water shoes, a change of extra clothes and a towel.

The zip lines have a minimum height requirement of 4.5 feet and a minimum weight requirement of 88 pounds. Some activities are not recommended for pregnant women.
- Visitors with disabilities should always be accompanied by a family member or friend who can help them at all times.
- In Xenses the minimum recommended age is 5 years.
- Children from 0 to 4 years get free admission. Children ages 5 to 11 get half the price of the adult ticket. An official ID must be presented at the park ticket offices. In case this is not possible, the child's rate will apply to those measuring between 3 and 4.5 feet.
- Slip and Bird Flight activities include water areas with a depth of between 3.6 and 4.2 feet. It is recommended that for these activities, children under 4.2 feet tall who cannot swim should be accompanied by their parents at all times. Bird flight activity is recommended for children 5 years of age or older, as long as the harness fits.
- Reservations that are canceled more than two days in advance of the date of the visit are subject to a 10% administration fee
