We will leave Mexico City for the state of Puebla Rancho San Martin located 45 km from Puebla. This ranch is known for its production of lavender and it is designed and created to promote the production of aromatic flowers and the care of the environment In addition to knowing the place there will also be a workshop to learn how to make a lavender soap and a lavender bread tasting will also be given. After San Martin Ranch, we will visit the magical place of the Ex-Hacienda de Chautla, which at the end of the 19th century had 6 ranches and 4 electric power plants. The former -Hacienda de Chautla was a great hacienda pulquera, place where you can remember the novel “Dulce Desafío” where Adela Noriega and Eduardo Yáñez performed. After visiting the Ex – Hacienda de Chautla, we will depart to the city of Puebla de los Ángeles where we will tour the historic center, giving time for lunch (not included) and to get to know the city.
